Our e-commerce store is operated via our Vanilla Touch Studios website. All Information is stored only for the purposes required (e.g. shipping details). Our website uses a 256-bit encryption security certificate. All payments are also processed securely through our Yoco payment service provider. Currently we only accept Visa / Master cards.

Our current shipping/dispatch method on all products purchased will be via Door-to-Door Courier delivery. Please allow 2-3 business days after your online order is processed and payment has been received for delivery to be completed. Please be advised we will utilise either express or economy road services with our courier providers, dependent on your delivery location and service centre. We currently only ship orders to the below main centres in South Africa:


Please check all packages upon receipt – before signing /acknowledging receipt of your package, if you notice damage or tampering with your box, return if to the delivery personnel right away.
